Students and educational institutions can buy our plug-ins at a 30% discount. Just send us a scan of your student pass and we will send you a personalized download link via mail.

You can transfer plug-ins on the page “My Products” in the the protected User Area. EDU & NFR versions are not for resale. A sold license automatically becomes an NFR version. One license transfer is $9. The license transfer process is not fully automated and can take up to 48 hours.

Just click the product logo in the plug-in's user interface, or just call up the product's download section here on the website.

Restrictions are (1) A timeout after 30 minutes / 30 days (2) “Buy me“ message (3) No saving and no export. To remove restrictions please buy the full version. Demo installer and full installer are not identical – so you’ll need to download the full installer for unlimited fun!

All your serial numbers are listed in the "User Area" on this website. If you cannot login, click the "Forgot Password" Link or send us a short message and we'll get back to you asap (a few hours maximum).

Best way to fix this is: write a short email to info@sugar-bytes.de, give us a call or start a chat in the bottom right corner of this screen (we're not always online though).

Our payment process is handled by an external payment provider, so unfortunately we can't do anything about it. Please consider using PayPal - they also offer one shots with credit cards as a payment option.

This can be fixed by re-entering the serial in the Settings Tab or About Screen. Egoist, Consequence and Guitarist have two seperate installers, one for the instrument and another for the library, you need both. Please do not move files after installation!

In Windows, go to Control Panel/Programs/Uninstall a program.

In macOS, you'll need to manually remove these folders and files in the Finder: "Unique" incl. NKS is used here, you can substitute the productname. Open the Finder, click "Go To" in the menu, open "Go To Folder" and paste the paths to locate.

The Windows Zoom settings are probably different from 100% (or, from Windows 8.1 on, something else other than “Smaller”).

- Right-click on the plug-in's or your DAW's shortcut in the Start Menu and choose "Preferences" from the list.

- Go to “Compatibility”.

- Tick “Disable display scaling on high-DPI settings” & Apply.

Your single license can be installed on up to two machines- for example you can install your software on both a desktop and a laptop. As long as you are the only user, and you're not using both computers at the same time, this is a valid use of your license.
